I have been a dedicated member of the Spring Brook team for over 13 years and throughout that time I have enjoyed a number of fulfilling roles at both Upper and Lower School.

In my current role as HLTA at Spring Brook Lower, I am involved with our Key Stage 2 Nurture Class, in the past I worked closely with one of the Deputy Heads covering assessments across the school. I was based at Spring Brook Upper in a pastoral role across both Upper and Lower School and I have delivered interventions on both sites. I was a Team Teach Tutor for 3 years and also part of the middle leadership team that worked through the changes brought about by work evaluations.

I have many hobbies and interest outside of my work but most of my leisure time is spent supporting my three children who sail competitively. We attend sailing events most weekends all over the country and I was Social Secretary at South Windermere Sailing Club. I have also previously run a swimming club, Delph Toddler Group and was a Leader in Girl Guiding at Diggle Brownies Pack.

Becoming a member of the Governing Body has added a new dimension to my role in school and will hopefully create further opportunities for me to make a difference within the New Bridge Group. I enjoy the challenges that come with every aspect of school life and I am passionate about high quality education to allow each and every child to reach their full potential.
