Activ8 have had another visit from Rik Waddon, our Sky Sports Athlete Mentor. He spoke to the whole school about how to take the most from life’s challenges. Rik’s message was to be the best you can be.

Rik is a Paralympic Silver Medallist in cycling and won his medal at the London 2012 games. Activ8 were lucky enough to get an audience with Rik and to see and hold his silver medal!!
