There have been some spooky goings on today at Spring Brook primary! We have had some very cute looking ghouls paying us a visit and scaring lots of people. They’ve made some fantastic looking spiders and webs and carved pumpkins this afternoon..
Yesterday, they spent some time in our Forest School where they had to work as a team in order to find some Halloween themed clues. Their learning about what makes a good friend paid dividends as they found all the clues – even the last one which they told me was ‘really tricky!’
We had a wonderful turn out to our good work assembly this morning so a big thank you to everyone who came to support our children. They have certainly worked hard this half term learning about The Vikings.
The children have had individual photographs taken today and have taken home their sample along with an order form. Any photographs ordered will be received in plenty of time for Christmas so send the forms back in to Mrs Shannon in the office if you’d like to place an order.
Hope you all have a wonderful week off and we will see you all on 5th November when we return to school.
Miss Thomason
Head of School
