Super Learning Day!
Class 6 had a Religious Education Super Learning Day on December 2nd and we focused on Christianity.

We studied traditions and festivals and looked at the story of Christmas.
👫👼🏻
Our activities included:
⭐️Watching a video of the Christmas Story by The Beginners Bible.
⭐️Learning about the Nativity.
⭐️Sequencing the Christmas Story.
⭐️Singing Christmas carols.
⭐️Opening our Advent calendars (and eating chocolate!)
⭐️Watched a presentation explaining Christingle.
⭐️Looked at pictures of Christian church services including the Christingle service.
⭐️Made our own Christingle oranges.
⭐️Tried traditional Christmas food including mince pies and German cakes.
⭐️Tried on our Nativity costumes for the school performance.
⭐️Practicing our performance songs.
⭐️Made our own sparkly Christmas cards.
⭐️We have also been reading Christian books and looking at The Children’s Bible.
What a busy day we had!
