Children’s Mental Health Week
This week at Spring Brook Lower, we’ve been celebrating Children’s Mental health Week, with classes discussing the different ways we can all look after our mental health.
This has been a positive week with lots of good conversations and activities.
Class 1 have been working on paper chains. They discussed what they liked individually and how they can share the same interests as someone else.
They discussed people they have connections with in their lives and decorated some of the paper chains to represent those connections.
Class 3 have been thinking about people that are special to them during mental health week!
Class 2 have been discussing what makes the, happy, who matters the most and what makes them feel good.
Class 7 have been discussing ways to help themselves when they are struggling with their Mental Health.
Well done, Spring Brook Lower, on opening up these very important conversations!
