Academic year 2023/2024 is well underway here at Spring Brook Lower!
Here are some highlights from our first week back!
Some of our students have been making ALL THE NOISE with a group performance in the hall…
We’ve seen resilience personified from Charlie, who drew a picture to show a time when he felt nervous about something, but was able to carry on and have another go!
Class 6 have been getting creative with rainbow paintings.
These were based on digital images of themselves.
They took so much time over their pieces of art.
The class were rightly very proud of their efforts!
We’ve also had some mini masterchefs baking cakes this week, starting with Jayden and his cake in a mug!
Elsewhere, Jacob made a super sprinkle cake from scratch!
Class 1 have been learning about Jackson Pollock.
This makes up part of their colour and pattern Art topic.
It would be fair to say that things got very messy!
